Video Devotion: The Last Enemy

God’s Word says (1 Corinthians 15:22) – “For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ shall all be made alive.” We who are in Christ are alive forever. Physical death is common to all, but we are alive in Christ because He has destroyed death itself with His victorious resurrection from the dead.

Pastor Fraker has served at Cross since August of 1998. His wife, Sharon, teaches Kindergarten at Cross Lutheran School. Pastor & Sharon have three married children and ten grandchildren. Daughter, Rachel, and Pastor Mike Boothby, are the parents of Elias, Maggie, Linnea and Zoey. Mike serves St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Ireton, Iowa. Son, (Pastor) Tim, and his wife, Darci, are the parents of Caleb, Krista and Cara, and they serve Trinity Lutheran Church in Weatherford, Texas. Son, Jon, and his wife, Emily, are the parents of Judah, Elsie and Isaac, and live in Houston, Texas, where Jon is serves as Principal of Epiphany Lutheran School. Pastor Fraker graduated from Concordia Seminary in St. Louis, Missouri, in 1983, and served congregations in Denison, Iowa, and Union, Missouri, prior to moving to New Braunfels.
